Whether leading a team of two or thirty, my goal is to attract, recruit, retain, and develop creative people while empowering them to deliver the best work of their lives. Therefore, my definition of ‘creative direction’ includes but is not limited to: team motivation, inspiration sharing, strategy whiteboarding, schedule wrangling, client soothing, copy editing, presentation presenting, temper assuaging, photoshoot art directing, prototype revising, brainstorm leading, hands-on designing, hands-off encouraging, and late night team dinner buying.
